I’m a residential real estate agent with 18 years of experience helping buyers and sellers across the Omaha Metro Area, with a strong focus in West Omaha. I’ve helped hundreds of individuals and families navigate the home buying and selling process with clarity, organization, and steady guidance.
Much of my business comes from working with families going through life transitions, whether that’s buying a first home, selling a long-time residence, moving up, or downsizing. My role is to provide a clear understanding of the process, realistic expectations, and thoughtful advice so decisions are made with confidence rather than pressure.
Many buyers and sellers simply need a better understanding of how the process, timeline, and financial pieces fit together. I focus on explaining logistics, contract details, pricing strategy, and market timing in plain language, while communicating consistently so nothing falls through the cracks.
Clients appreciate my ability to manage timing, anticipate challenges, and stay level-headed during emotional or time-sensitive situations. I emphasize clear communication, strong preparation, and informed decision-making from start to finish.
In addition to working with clients, I serve as a team leader and sit on the South Shore Heights HOA board. I stay closely connected to neighborhoods including South Shore Heights, Prairie Pointe, Chimney Ridge, and Bay Shores.
I consistently assist around 15 families per year and maintain over $4 million in annual sales volume. My goal is simple: to be a trusted advisor clients feel comfortable calling, recommending, and returning to.
